Training Sessions
First Session
Regular training sessions are one hour in length. Please allow an extra 10-15 min at your first session. This time will be spent going over your health history, goals, concerns, and may include assessments such as a body fat analysis and circumference measurements.


Locations
There are two convenient options for your training sessions!
1 - Sessions conducted at your home/residential gym*
2 - Sessions conducted at Complete Body, 22 W 19th St, New York, NY
*Not all gyms allow independent trainers. Please check with your building.
*Residential training available in Manhattan below 96th St
Rates
1 session: $140
10 sessions: $1300
20 sessions: $2500
